When you purchase membership this is processed via our platform.
Memberships are auto-renewed on each 12 month anniversary using your original method of payment (securely held with our payment processor).
Members will be invited (by email) to purchase beer a the discounted rate via a secure members-only page.
It is an explicit condition of membership that login details for this page are not shared with non-members. This may result in us suspending or cancelling your membership.
Sour Beer Club is a club, and we reserve the right to reject any application for membership in which case we will provide a refund of the membership fee.
We also reserve the right to suspend or cancel your membership if you break these terms and conditions, or behave in a way we deem to be inappropriate toward our staff or the staff of our partners.
Once your membership has been processed it is non-refundable.
Should you wish to cancel your membership you can do so at any time by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Please allow up to 48 hours for us to process any requests.
All purchases of beer made via our website are subject to these terms and conditions.
You must be over 18 to purchase beer.
If we have reason to believe you may be under 18 we may ask you to provide proof of age before processing your order. Someone over the age of 18 has to sign for each delivery (see below).
We charged a fixed-rate UK MAINLAND delivery of £7.99 per box.
Some remote locations including the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and some parts of Scotland have higher shipping costs. If these apply we will contact you before dispatching your order and if you have the option of cancelling with a full refund.
We can ship to most countries, so please contact us for international shipping rates.
When your beer is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
If you have not received your beer you should refer to these details and contact the courier for more information. If you have not received your beer within 3 days of dispatch you should email email@example.com and we will investigate.
In the unlikely event you experience a breakage, please take a photo and email it to us on the email address above and we will refund the broken item.
Deliveries have to be signed for by somebody over the age of 18. Our couriers will ask for Identification if they are unsure and rearrange delivery if nobody is at the address over the age of 18.
There are no refunds for orders made by people under 18.
If you have selected the ‘leave with a neighbour’ or ‘leave in a safe place’ delivery instructions, this is completely at the customer’s own risk and we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that occurs as a result of this.
